Liability Waiver for Online Classes with Joyce Hyde
Your agreement to participate in an online class means that you fully understand that you have enrolled in a program of potentially strenuous physical activity and agree that performance of all moves is voluntary and at your own risk. You agree to absolve Joyce Hyde from any responsibility for injuries potentially sustained while performing and/or practicing these movements or methods, or any actions learned during any of the above online classes, and release myself, my heirs and assigns, Joyce Hyde from any claims, demands and causes of actions arising from my participation in an exercise program. Agreement to this Liability Waiver will act as your continued agreement to all ensuing sessions, workshops and/or seminars whether in person, via Skype, Zoom or any other video conferencing tool.
